Fact: All new tv's -cheap or expensive- have difficulty receiving the new digital signals. With digital, the reception is perfect or nothing. No gray or weak area. With that said. I live north of Houston, Tx (approx 50 miles). The telescopic antenna: no reception. I dug out a pair of old rabbit ears from the closet (I bought years ago at 99 cent store), plugged them in and the tv came to life. 20-30 channels. Got to find that sweet spot though. Move away from sweet spot a fraction of an inch- reception gone or screen freeze/pixillation. The tv comes with alot of the fuctions that more expensive sets come with. It's cable ready/ display can be set for standard or stretch, then warm cool. Sound movie/music/standard. the remote is very user friendly. It even has closed captioning. I was very impressed with the picture quality. Not bad at all, especially for a $50 set. Very good job. You ham operators out there will love this tv if you have one of those rigs that have an ext video jack.
I'm confident the tv will be well received if you hook a pair of rabbit ears to it. A $5 investment.

I bought this nifty little TV to use on my desk at home. It will receive 5 channels over the air through the built-in antenna. I have it connected with composite a/v cables to my cable TV box. It has a good, crisp display. It has an even sharper display when using the antenna. It will not receive my favorite channel over the air, though. The problem with poor over the air reception is probably because of the new digital broadcasting signals. Digital seems to provide poorer reception over distance than the old analog signals did.

My computer desk has cabinets over it, so I used the supplied bracket to mount the TV over my desk. It works out great. Using the supplied bracket, the bottom of the TV projects 12" below the cabinets over my desk.

Some people seem to have trouble finding the little remote control. It is located behind the built-in flip up stand.

The volume is a little low, but I find it usable. The a/c adapter cord has a large tubular shaped thing on the end which makes the cord droop towards the desktop. It is somewhat heavy. I may put some Velcro on it and attach it to the back of the TV.

I liked this TV so much that I bought a spare (I got a really good price). The accessories that come with the TV costs $134.94 without the TV, if purchased from the manufacturer according to a sheet that came in the box. (A spare remote is $19.99, antenna is $24.99, battery is $29.99, etc.) I figured it was worth buying a second TV to just get the spare accessories. The extra TV is just gravy.

Hopefully this will be a good, long lasting TV. So far, I love it.

UPDATE: Although I didn't buy this product from Amazon.com, I believe it to be the same. My carton is marked: Access HD Portable Digital TV PTV7000 / Distributed by Access HD, LLC, Clayton NC, USA. I assume that the Amazon version comes with the bracket and remote control, as did my unit.

The Access 7" Portable LCD Digital TV works good, except the rechargeable battery in it does not hold charge. It only lasted few minutes before the tv died out. Because I bought this as "used" and the seller did not indicate this problem, buyers beware when buying used items on line, it may cost you more in the long run.

This ring is really an eye catcher. The multi colored amber is unique, and even the band is something different as it curves to accommodate the fingers beside it. I don't want to get into how it works, but this also works with the 3MZ engine as well. It is plenty reliable (owned it for 2 years and do a handful of timing belts or water pumps every month...did 2 last week). I just recommend getting a GearWrench 85316 16mm Reversible Combination Ratcheting Wrench X-Beam if you're using this with a 3MZ.

Worked good on my Toyota Tacoma. Be careful not to extend/lengthen it too far or it will come apart. I needed it at its max length and it did come apart on me and I needed my vise and hammer to put the tool back together. It takes a surprising amount of force to back down the tensioner. Good for the homeowner or occasional use but I don't think it's robust enough for continuous use.

    Replacing the timing belt on Toyota 5VZ-FE, 3.4 liter V-6 engines is a very difficult task. The professional technician has no means to effectively compress the hydraulically activated belt tensioner without spending additional time removing engine components. These popular engines can be found in 1995 and later T-100, Tacoma and 4 Runner trucks. In operation this tool is placed between the belt tensioner and the water pump pulleys.Then by slowly turning the tools inner nut, pressure is applied to the hydraulic tensioner pushing it into a position that allows the technician to place the supplied locking pin into the hydraulic piston push rod. Once the locking pin is in place the tensioner compressor can be removed and the timing belt placed on all appropriate pulleys. After the belt is placed on the engine pulleys, the locking pin can be removed to return tension on the timing belt.

I just have to say that I don't even know how long I've had this little tool set, but it seems like I've had them forever. These tools are excellent for the price, and can be used on a wide variety of projects, whether just around the house or for the outdoors. I've used the both the needlenose and the slip joint pliers many times, though typically when I was lacking just the right screwdriver or wrench and perfection wasn't an issue. They've rarely failed me. Both have an excellent grip on whatever you grab with them. The rubber grips on the handles aren't prone to slipping off, but are easy enough to slide right back on if this does happen anyway.

For the price, this is a worthy addition to any basic toolkit.

Just ordered 3 new OMPs in 32x30. I have 4 other Mountain Khaki pants in various styles all in 32x30. I actually love all my MK pants. However, the new ones have an inseam that's actually 1.5 inches longer. I had them replaced and the replacements were also 1.5 inches long. They said they'd check the warehouse for old stock with a correctly manufactured 30 inch inseam. If they can't find any I'll have to wait until their next shipment in February. The pants are manufactured in Cambodia. It looks like either poor quality control or they're using the wrong pattern.

I've bought several pairs of Mountain Khakis from local stores priced anywhere form $70 - $85 dollars without any problems of how they fit. That said, I thought I'd found a great deal buying these pants for the price but beware...these are the strangest fitting pair of pants I've ever owned. They are in fact, "Mountain Khakis" however, they seem to be the same quality as a pair bought from "TJ Max" or any other off the rack discount store. That is one that has the name brand but with "defects".

I ordered my pair of 33 X 32 expecting the same 33 X 32 I've bought over the years from my local outfitter. Instead I received a pair of 3? X 3?. I'm not even sure if there is a size description that fits what I received. The crotch of the pair I received end somewhere around the middle of my leg, they feel like a 31 1/2" waist even though the tag inside the waist band clearly says 33 X 32, and the length seems to be somewhere in the 34" - 35" range.

All said, Mountain Khakis are fantastic pants, just don't take the bait on a pair that seem to be a price that seems to good to be true, because it usually is.

Be careful ordering these online--sizing can be way off. Ordered a pair 35x32, after washing, 2 inches too long. The inseam measured 34. I guess the Cambodian workers they use need a bit more practice with numbers. As for the product, so so, not thrilled. I could have done the same with something else for a much cheaper price.
